Channel Settings

Configure your channel's core identity and functionality through these essential settings:

  • Channel ID (Read-only): System-generated unique ID for your channel
  • Channel Display Name: Public-facing name that appears across your site and apps
  • Welcome Title & Message: Define the first message fans see when they land on your channel
  • Channel Trailer: Upload or select an existing video to serve as a welcome trailer
  • Testimonial: Add optional creator or fan testimonials to be displayed

Brand Assets

Upload and manage visual assets that define your channel brand:

  • Profile Image: Used across your site header and social previews
  • Favicon: Small icon shown in browser tabs
  • Logo: Optional logo used across your site and communications

Colors

  • Primary Accent Color: Select a hex color value that applies to buttons, links, and highlights across your experience

Language

  • Default Language: Choose the primary language your channel is presented in
  • Supported Languages: Select additional languages you want your content to be available in (from a list of over 300)

Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Enable Google-based Single Sign-On for your channel
  • Configure App ID and Secret credentials for authentication

Enter the legal and business details associated with your channel:

  • Business Name, Description, and Email
  • Registered Address (Street, City, State, Zip, Country)

Contact

Define how fans or users can reach you for support:

  • Support Email & Phone: Public contact information
  • Support URL: Link to a support/help center or contact form

Email

Customize emails sent from your channel:

  • Transaction Email Address: Email address that system-generated emails are sent from
  • Email Banner: Upload an image banner to appear at the top of all email communications (600x200px recommended)

Advanced Settings

  • Primary Domain: Set your custom domain (e.g., watch.frontro.com)
  • Add DNS Records (CNAMEs) to authenticate your domain
  • Manage Redirects for legacy links or alternate paths
