Creator Signup & Login Flow

Get started as a creator on Frontro with our streamlined three-step signup process, or sign in to your existing account.

Logging In

If you already have an account, use the login screen to sign in:

• Username or Email – Enter the username or email address for your account.
• Password – Enter your password. Use the eye icon to show or hide the password.
• Forgot password? – Use this link if you need to reset your password.
• Show Channel ID – Optional. Expand this to view or copy your Channel ID when needed.
• Sign In – Click to sign in. You'll see the home screen where you can choose an experience (e.g. Launch Channel, Start Livestream, Host Podcast).
• Don't have an account? Sign up – Use the Sign up link to go to the account creation flow.

Signup Overview

The creator signup flow has three steps:

1. Account – Create your account credentials (email and password).
2. Profile – Tell us about yourself and your site (username and channel name).
3. Verify – Verify your email address with a code we send you.

Progress is shown at the top of the form (Step 1 of 3, Step 2 of 3, Step 3 of 3). You can move Back between steps before completing signup. When you finish, you're logged in and see the home screen where you can choose an experience to get started.

Step 1 of 3: Account

Subtitle: Create your account credentials

Fields

• Email Address – The email you'll use for this account (e.g. your@email.com). We'll use it to send a verification code in Step 3.
• Password – Create a password. Requirements: minimum 8 characters with at least one special character (e.g. !, @, #, $, &). Use the eye icon to show or hide the password.
• Invite Code (optional) – If you have an invite code, enter it here.
• Terms and Privacy – Check the box to confirm you agree to the Frontro Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (linked in the form).

Actions

• Next Step – Click to continue to Step 2 (Profile). All required fields must be valid.
• Already have an account? Sign In – Use the Sign In link to go to the login screen instead.

Step 2 of 3: Profile

Subtitle: Tell us about yourself and your site

Fields

• Username – Choose a username (placeholder: Choose a username). This is your account username across Frontro.
• Channel Name – The public name of your channel (e.g. My Awesome Channel). You can change this later in channel settings.

Dropbox for video uploads (optional)

• You can link your Dropbox account to upload videos directly during signup.
• Ensure you're logged into the correct Dropbox account before linking.
• Select and upload multiple videos at once for faster channel setup.

Actions

• Back – Return to Step 1 to change your email or password.
• Next Step – Continue to Step 3 (Verify). We'll send a verification code to the email you entered in Step 1.
• Already have an account? Sign In – Use the Sign In link to go to the login screen instead.

After Step 2

Your channel URL (e.g. yourchannel.frontro.com) is based on your channel identity. You can set or change a custom domain later in Channel Management → Domain (or equivalent settings).

What You'll See

• Verification Code – Six separate boxes for a 6-digit code sent to the email you entered in Step 1.
• Message – We've sent a verification code to your email address.

Entering Your Code

1. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk if needed) for a message from Frontro.
2. Find the 6-digit verification code.
3. Enter the code in the six boxes (you can paste; numbers only, spaces are ignored).
4. The form validates the code as you complete it.

What's Next?

After signup or login you'll see the home screen with options like Launch Channel, Start Livestream, Host Podcast, Start Teaching, Coaching Session, and Community Discussion. Use the left navigation to open Builder, Content, Analytics, Engagement, or Settings. To get your channel ready for launch, complete the Onboarding Checklist—open /onboarding or use the link when you try to launch your channel or from Channel Settings.

• Onboarding Checklist – Complete essential setup tasks (go to /onboarding or follow in-app links from Launch Channel or Channel Settings).
• Settings – Configure settings, branding, and domain.
• Channel Content – Upload videos and other content.
• Builder – Customize your channel's layout and appearance.
• Monetization – Set up revenue streams.
• Analytics – Track performance.
