Creator Signup Flow

Get started as a creator on FrontRow with our streamlined three-step signup process. Create your account, set up your channel, and start building your audience in minutes.

Overview

The FrontRow creator signup flow consists of three steps:

1. Invite Code & Account Setup - Validate your invite code and create your account credentials
2. Profile & Channel Creation - Set up your profile and create your channel
3. Email Verification - Verify your email address to activate your account

The entire process takes just a few minutes, and you'll be automatically logged into your new channel dashboard once complete.

Step 1: Invite Code & Account Credentials

Required Information

• Invite Code: Enter your invite code (validated automatically as you type)
• Username: Must be unique, can contain letters, numbers, and underscores
• Password: Minimum 8 characters with at least one special character (!, @, #, $, etc.)
• Terms Agreement: Check the box to accept FrontRow's Terms of Service

Tips

• Invite Code: Remove any extra spaces and ensure correct case (codes are case-sensitive)
• Username: Use your brand name or a memorable variation; availability is checked in real-time
• Password: Use a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters

Click "Continue" once all fields are valid to proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Profile & Channel Creation

Required Information

• Full Name: Your display name (can be changed later)
• Email Address: Used for verification and communications (use an email you can access)
• Channel Display Name: Your channel's public name (appears across all platforms)
• Channel URL: Your unique web address (yourchannel.frontro.com)

Channel URL Requirements

• Format: lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
• Must start with a letter
• 3-50 characters in length
• Cannot be changed after creation - choose carefully
• Custom domain: You can set up a custom domain later in your channel settings

The system checks URL availability in real-time as you type. You'll see a green checkmark when available, or an error if taken.

Tips

• Use your brand name or a close variation for consistency
• Keep the URL short and memorable
• Avoid hyphens when possible for cleaner URLs

Click "Continue" to proceed to email verification. You can use the "Back" button to return to Step 1 if needed.

Step 3: Email Verification

What Happens

When you complete Step 2, a verification email is automatically sent to your email address. You'll be taken to Step 3 where you'll enter the 6-digit code from your email.

Entering Your Code

1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder if needed) for a message from FrontRow
2. Locate the 6-digit verification code
3. Enter the code in the verification field
4. The code validates automatically as you type

Tip: You can paste the code directly. The field accepts numbers only and spaces are automatically removed.

Resending Your Code

If you didn't receive the code or it expired, click "Resend Code" to receive a new verification code.

After Verification

Once verified, your account is activated immediately and you're automatically logged into your channel dashboard. You can then:

• Upload your first content
• Customize your channel settings and branding
• Set up monetization options
• Explore platform features
